Where the house from the clic show Full House in SF? Address if possible, I know it's there somewhere...

I am freakin' dying to know where the Tanner house from the show Full House is. The show is of couse set in San Fran and I know they filmed the show in LA but I don't accept people saying that the house is either just an exterior and not a real house or located in some other city. It's in San Francisco which is where I will be this summer and I will find it...oh yes, I will find this house and I will photograph myself in front of it, looking like an idiot. Oh yes. Anybody, please? Street name? Neighborhood? Oh yes.
