Where to relocate?

I grew up just outside Minneapolis and although I've relocated since then, I thank God everyday that my parents chose to raise me there. Not only are people "Minnesota friendly" but I feel that they hold morals and religion in high regard and aren't quite as materialistic as say people from NYC or LA. And despite the cold weather the state is really beautiful and the Twin Cities is second only to NYC in the number of theatres and other cultural offerings it has.
