What on earth is this girl doing?

ok im confused, theres this girl ive known for a while, now her lil sister was the one who mentioned her having a boyfriend, i was at there shop because she invited me there for a halloween festival, with her mom and lil sister she has a 10yr old lil sis, and her sis asked me my name n she so wen i told her she said ooo my sister talks about u sometimes so i asked what n she sed she says ur real sweet and stuff, she kinda likes u so i asked ....... uh she does? she sed yea as a best friend type of way wtf, but me an the girl have not had that much time to no eachother, we text sometimes but i really wouldnt say bestfriends. eventhough i do like her, ther were times b4 were she looked at me an looked away wen i notice, once she looked at me dead n my face she wasnt smiling but she looked away wen she realized i wasnt looking back, i was nervouse, then one time she wen i had the guts 2 first talk 2 her i introduced myself an went 2 shake her hand but we ended up holding eachothrs fingers not 4 long but just longer than a normal greeting,so anyway later on in the evening when there shop was closing, i just had to tell her how i felt, so i asked her if i could talk with her for a minute b4 she closes and she was suprised i guess she sed ooooooh sure, n her mom sed yea u guys can talk right now cuz were about 2 close soon, so we met eachother halfway and she sed whats up? i said i dont really know how 2 tell u this but i really like you...and youve been on my mind since the 1st day i seen u, she did not freakout at all, eventhough i kinda already new what the responce was gonna be, but she i um have a boyfriend and we been dating for 2 years so im like oh i understand, she said but id like to be your friend your really sweet and youve been so patient sitting her most of the day i enjoyed you being here, then she asked wer my day was and sed make sure u call him soo because id freakout of i saw u stranded outside, so i laughed a bit then out of no were she held her arms open for a hug it was a full hug to, it caught me off guard big time, i then said thanks for being my friend i 4got what she sed wen i sed that and after the hug she slowly moved her hand down my forarm and onto my hand b4 she walked away, ive actually been kinda sad ever since, an during the day wen we were walking threw the huge crowd she looked back at me and said i was just making sure u were still there, and when i was about 2 walk around the shop her lil sis said dont leave and the girl was just looking at me like ur not leaving are u? and wen she left to get some fries i was sitting in a chair that was behind the door asoon as she walked in i notice her sister pointed at me and she sed oh i was like were did u go?? during that day we talked a lil bit she was asking me if i brought my grades up lol cuz like 2weeks ago i texted her that i was failing lol, n she asked if i had any brothers or sisters, n she telling me she had lots of them, n she asked were i lived, how long i was staying, how i got up there lol, then she was teasing my about i should get my face painted with a cat or a fairy on it,lol but what was the hug and the armtouch and the hand holding thing about? especially the arm touch she sed she had a boyfriend right?? she couldve shook my hand casually or just sed bye, she looked like she really meant what she sed wen she was saying she still wanted 2 be friends, instead of just smiling an saying it, but if it wasnt 4 her sister and i didnt tell her how i felt i wouldve nevr known she had a boyfriend, she couldv told me wen i asked 4 her number or while we were texting, but could u guys explain all this??
