This deals with a block from a user on Yahoo Personals.?

Today, very shortly after a new message format showed up, I received a block form a user I have been corresponding with for some time and with no problems. Is it possible that some sort of error occurred during the switch-over and that he was sent a message intended for someone else? Is there any redress to the block? Can a third-party message be sent to him from Personals? Help - This is serious!
