Rare Legos?? Yes or no?

I just found some Star Wars mini figures, that my mom got me when she use to work at Lego. They are Anakin Skywalker (I would say it looks like teen Anakin) and Obi Wan in one package, Darth Vader, and a Wookie ( I may or may not be Chewbacca ) in one package, and some other jedi with a green lightsaber. Also..all the lightsabers light up. And for some reason when i go to research them i cant seem to find anyone who has them. i Just wanna know if they are worth anything
