Is Yamaha's electrical piano better or Casio's?

i plan 2 buy an electrical piano.preferably not more than RM3000.i don't need a high-tech one since i'm not a very good pianist.a basic one will do.the sound quality is the most important thing.anyone knows which brand and model has the best sound?
