Is there anywhere within Texas (preferibly close to Austin) that i could pick up an Akatsuki Cloak?

I wanted to dress up as Deidara as an Akatsuki member with my friend on halloween, but sadly, i orderd an outfit about 2 weeks ago and the delivery JUST NOW gets tracked by Ups as "In transist" From Alaska, arriving on November 2nd...lol. Whats even worse is that i was told by the company that i orderd it from (Hello Cosplay) that my outfit would arrive BEFORE Halloween. Ill never be ordering from them again, thats for sure. Any help is appreciated.
