Is he weird or is it just me?

Okay i hav a guy frend that i really really like!! But hes startin to ignore me cuz he has a gf!! But lik today he was talkin to me n after school he huged me after 1 month! He also asked me "r u leavin yet", i said "no" then he said "ok ill wait here with u until they pick you up", then we starded talkin!! wen my parents came to pick me up we said bye again n he walked me to the car n i got in, but then i went to put something in the trunk n he turnd around n stared at me!! Dats about it, but what could this mean?!? Does he like me? or just bein frendly??
