GW is at it again. He rings my dorrbell, runs away, hits a light pole and repeats it. What should I do.?

He's been doing this for more than an hour. I keep thinking he's gonna hurt himself when he hits that light post but he lands on his but, shakes it off and repeats. The police keep telling me that he's the president, he can do it if he wants.
