Anyone interested in fictional stories?

i an currently wondering if anyone has an idea for a character in a book that revolves around the typical good verses evil, but also has mutants and the goverment involved. i would like to hear form anyone who has an idea for a chracter but it has to include of course a name a super power and their personal backround, much appricated!
