I am so embarrased and dissapointed in myself for being a stupid driver?

there was a section where i had to merge into the left lane, and i kind of cut right in front of the car behind me, and then i was embarrased, so when we were going on a multi lane bridge they sped up to see what i looked like and i wanted to see what they looked like too, so i looked at them and failed to follow the contour of the road and almost rode up the curb, and my mom paniced and i was soooooo embarrased. what should i do to get over this??!?!?
