Anybody have problems with stomach after gall-bladder surgery?

I had mine out 10 months ago. I have nagging sharp pains in my upper & lower stomach. Wonder if it's got anything to do with the loss of my gall bladder? I had the easy surgery, the laproscopic kind. No problems there at all.
