How to be more of a lady in my appearance?

Well I'm neither tomboyish or girly. I dress normally when I'm going to uni. But many people still see me as a young lady/girl. It's kind of weird. If it helps, I tend to wear skinny jeans or bootleg jeans, and I wear a cardigan over a t-shirt. I usually straighten my hair, and I wear headbands. I don't wear makeup or anything either.
