Don't listen to Dr. Jessica, honestly, I believe if i met a girl in that situation i could handle it. I've dealt with a lot of mentally ill people in my family so it's nothing new, and if a guy takes the time to understand you it shouldn't be a problem. You seem like you're able to articulate your thoughts as well as anyone else can, so as long as you can hold a conversation, why not? It's all about compromise, just don't use your mental illness as a crutch, make it something you try to work on. The human brain is amazing, and if you don't let things like schizophrenia and social anxiety hold you back or completely change your life then you can get somewhat of a grip on it.
