13 year old teeth growing in question ?

okay so im 13 , and i lost my tooth in the front ( like the third from the center line thing ? ) and i lost it in april and its august. its only halfway growwn in . its so annoying . and i just lost the other tooth (same tooth different side) and its all gummy . i lost it like juyly 21. my friend just lost both and her teeth are almost completely in . what the heck is wrong with me ?
